With over 15 years of leadership in civil society and public health networks across Europe, we specialise in human rights, strategic communication, project management, and capacity building for European consortia.

Human Rights

Aligned with the EU Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) program’s objectives, we empower communities through targeted interventions and rights-based advocacy, actively bridging the gap between marginalised populations and EU policy-level institutions, like the WHO and ECDC.

Diversity

We champion intersectionality, equity, and respect for all sexual orientations and gender identities. We support EU horizontal priorities by guiding pan-European networks through strategic and inclusive growth, Gender Equality Plan (GEP) principles, and compliance with the European Commission’s priorities.

Health

Positioned for EU4Health priorities, Proud Cyprus addresses cross-border health threats and local health inequalities. We have a proven track record managing community-led testing centers and scaling vital, stigma-free mobile medical initiatives.

Research

We bring vital behavioural data to Horizon Europe consortia, in compliance with FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data principles. Our expertise includes pan-European survey dissemination, field coordination, and access to hard-to-reach populations to inform evidence-based EU and local policies.

Training

With extensive experience in designing and facilitating over 200 scalable training sessions, Train-the-Trainer (ToT) workshops, and educational manuals, we can be your expert training provider for Erasmus+ and capacity-building work packages.
