Proud Cyprus is a specialised consultancy and civil society partner (SME) dedicated to advancing human rights, health equity, and social inclusion. With over 15 years of leadership across European public health networks, we act as a highly capable strategic partner for Horizon Europe, EU4Health, CERV, and Erasmus+ consortia. We actively bridge the critical gap between hard-to-reach grassroots communities and EU policy-level institutions, such as the WHO and ECDC. Our multidisciplinary team excels in leading dissemination, communication, and exploitation, audiovisual production, research and community engagement. We provide operational support and services, through FAIR-compliant behavioural research, scalable Train-the-Trainer (ToT) capacity building, and the implementation of intersectional Gender Equality Plans (GEP), ensuring that EU-funded initiative delivers strict compliance and measurable, sustainable impact.

• Community Co-Production and LGBTIQ+ Engagement:

Proud Cyprus’s team of experts has over 15 years of grassroots leadership in the domain of human rights, research and health, including founding Accept LGBTI Cyprus, chairing AIDS Solidarity Movement’s board and AIDS Action Europe’s Steering Committee. The organisation’s leadership and team of professionals have actively managed international awareness campaigns, established safe community spaces, and championed intersectional LGBTQI+ visibility in Cyprus and across Europe.

• Behavioural Research and Access to Key Populations:

Proud Cyprus brings community expertise in pan-European survey implementation, to support any project's research methodology. The organisation’s leadership has led the national implementation of massive behavioural studies, such as the European Men who have Sex with Men Internet Survey (EMIS 2017 & 2024). On top of that, Christos Krasidis, Founder and CEO of Proud Cyprus, has successfully managed data collection and analysis of Community Data collected via the CBVCT Centre of the AIDS Solidarity Movement, and other impact surveys, demonstrating professional ability to safely access hard-to-reach populations for evidence-based policymaking.

• Policy Co-Creation and Institutional Advocacy:

Proud Cyprus’s team has a proven track record of bridging grassroots activism with high-level institutional reform. Key milestones include co-authoring the National PrEP Plan for Cyprus, and advocating for the decriminalisation of HIV transmission in Cyprus, and presenting strategic health proposals directly to parliamentary human rights committees of the Republic of Cyprus. The organisation’s leader holds strategic advisory roles with the WHO Regional Office for Europe (A-Net) and the ECDC (focal point for Dublin Declaration), ensuring local community needs influence transnational policy.

• Capacity Building and Safeguarded Interventions:

Proud Cyprus is an expert training provider, with its trainers having designed and delivered over 200 tailored workshops and capacity-building sessions, including training to national bodies such as the Cyprus National Addictions Authority, EATG Step-Up Academy, and local NGOs in the past decade. The team was heavily involved in other EU-funded initiatives, like the EU4Health "CORE" programme (led by AIDS Action Europe) and the CERV "Safe-R" programme (led by Cyprus Family Planning Association).

Given the leadership’s previous achievements in Strategic Communications Consultancies for AIDS Action Europe and European AIDS Treatment Group, the organisation can effectively translate digital harm analysis into highly visible public awareness campaigns, sustainable implementation handbooks, and applied community support programmes.

• Digital Media & Web Architecture: We possess advanced in-house capabilities for designing, implementing, and managing dynamic webpages, campaign funnels, and targeted landing pages. This technical foundation is amplified by our mastery of social media management across all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring highly targeted digital outreach and sustained public engagement.

• Media & Production Networks: Our dissemination capacity is further strengthened by the MULTiNSPIRE agency, a brand operating under “Christos L. Krasidis LTD”, founded and managed by the ‘Proud Cyprus’ leadership team, strategic communications, and leads strategy and high-end audiovisual productions.

• Transnational Institutional Networks: Proud Cyprus guarantees pan-European visibility through our active leadership’s integration within and participation in major international community networks, such as AIDS Action Europe (aidsactioneurope.org), the European AIDS Treatment Group (eatg.org), the SHAPE Network (theshape.net), and the COBATEST Network (cobatest.org). Our leadership’s direct advisory roles with the WHO Europe and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) also provide channels for high-level policy dissemination.

• Local & Inter-communal Grassroots Networks: For localised, grassroots impact, we leverage a strong and diverse network of civil society partners. This includes established organisations such as the AIDS Solidarity Movement Cyprus and the Cyprus Family Planning Association, alongside the Cyprus Refugee Council. Crucially, our dissemination channels uniquely bridge the island's geopolitical divide, incorporating Accept LGBTI Cyprus (operating in areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus), the  Kuir Kıbrıs Derneği - Queer Cyprus Association (operating in areas not controlled by the Republic of Cyprus), and the Queer Collective (an inter-communal NGO operating across the entire island).

Our suite includes professional cameras, and hi-end production stations running Apple’s Final Cut Pro X for high-end video editing and Logic Pro X for professional podcast and audio production. Crucially, our infrastructure features an air-gapped, Dual-Stack Local AI system running natively on Apple Silicon. This ensures zero cloud data leakage, guaranteeing that all sensitive project data is processed in absolute compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and European Intellectual Property regulations.

• Digital Dissemination & Campaign Management: We deploy advanced digital marketing and web application tools to maximise project reach. This includes comprehensive campaign management via the Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, email marketing and newsletter distribution, and the rapid deployment of dynamic websites and landing pages. We also utilise secure data collection and feedback tools, such as SurveyMonkey and JotForms, to facilitate interactive community engagement.
