Drawing on our extensive background in advocating for LGBTQI+ rights, including the founding of Accept LGBTI Cyprus and leading transnational human rights campaigns, we guide EU consortia in meeting the European Commission’s strict horizontal inclusion priorities. We provide expert consultation on implementing robust Gender Equality Plans (GEP) and intersectional methodologies, ensuring that all project Work Packages reflect the diverse realities of marginalised communities and promote true equity across Europe.
Co-creation & End-User Engagement
Guided by the core principle of 'Nothing for us without us', we ensure that end-user perspectives are seamlessly embedded into every stage of the project lifecycle. With a proven track record of directing pan-European networks of over 250 community organisations and leading massive behavioural research initiatives like EMIS and ECHOES, we specialise in authentic stakeholder engagement. We help Horizon Europe and EU4Health consortia design co-creation frameworks that actively involve beneficiaries, transforming target audiences into active partners to guarantee sustainable, community-driven project outcomes.
Equal Access to Services
We advocate for equitable, stigma-free access to essential services for all individuals, regardless of their background, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Our hands-on operational experience includes establishing community-led testing centres such as the Cy Checkpoint, scaling mobile medical clinics to reach underserved populations, and successfully lobbying for official national access to PrEP. By designing inclusive healthcare interventions and training professionals on non-discriminatory practices, we equip EU project partners with the strategic frameworks needed to eliminate access barriers and deliver high-quality support to vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups.
