Our management and team has a proven track record of successes managing initiatives, activities and interventions for the EU4Health "CORE" program (let by aids action Europe), the CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values) "Safe-R" program (let by Cyprus Family Planning association), AIDS Health Foundation (AHF) Europe PopUp Testing projects (2017-2025) on behalf of the AIDS Solidarity Movement, and Mi-Health Community Testing projects (2022-2023 & 2024-2025) let by Africa Advocacy Foundation (AAF). 

As a strategic partner for the EU4Health ‘CORE: Community Response to End Inequalities’ programme, we successfully manage complex, multi-stakeholder public health initiatives. Our operational involvement ensures that cross-border interventions effectively address health disparities by integrating grassroots community engagement with high-level European health strategies. We bridge the gap between institutional policy and on-the-ground practice by operationalising high-impact community health interventions. Through our leadership within the AIDS Solidarity Movement, we have directed vital community-led testing initiatives funded by the EU4Health 'CORE' programme, the Africa Advocacy Foundation's (AAF) 'Mi-Health' project, and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation's (AHF) 'PopUp Testing' campaigns. Furthermore, our extensive capacity-building portfolio includes designing and delivering specialised training programmes for the Cyprus National Addictions Authority, the EATG Step-Up Academy, the COBATEST network, and AIDS Action Europe (AAE). This comprehensive training empowers healthcare professionals and community workers across the continent to deliver stigma-free, evidence-based care.

We drive systemic legislative and public health reforms through strategic, evidence-based advocacy. Our landmark achievements include leading the advocacy efforts for official access to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) in Cyprus, presenting strategic health proposals to the Republic of Cyprus Parliament, and co-authoring the Ministry of Health's National PrEP Plan. Building on this legacy of policy influence, we recently co-authored and successfully advanced a crucial legislative reform proposal aiming to de-criminalise HIV transmission in the Republic of Cyprus. These milestones demonstrate our unparalleled ability to influence national health frameworks, protect fundamental human rights, and deliver critical policy victories for EU advocacy projects.
