2026: Established “Proud Cyprus”

2026: WHO Europe "A-Net"

Selected as a member of the WHO Regional Office for Europe's Accelerator Network for Community Resilience and Protection (A-Net).

2026: Safer Local AI Architecture

Architected UpGraded Live's Dual-Stack Local AI system, ensuring absolute data privacy and full compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and EU IP regulations.

2024-2026: "Safe-R" CERV

Successfully managed the multi-stakeholder EU-funded public health CERV "Safe-R" program (2024-2026), supervised the Project Manager of the AIDS Solidarity Movement, delivered training to Health Workers, and oversaw the project's implementation in Cyprus.

2024-2026: De-criminalisation of HIV transmission in Cyprus

Co-authored the legislation reform proposal to the National HIV/AIDS Committee (2026), aiming to de-criminalise HIV transmission in the Republic of Cyprus. The legislation was approved by the National HIV/AIDS Committee, the Deputy Director of the Ministry of Health and the Minister of Health, and is currently expected to be approved by the Council of Ministers. 

2023-2025: "CORE" EU4Health

Successfully managed complex, multi-stakeholder EU-funded public health initiatives, such as the EU4Health "CORE" program (2023-2025). Christos supervised the Project Manager of the AIDS Solidarity Movement and oversaw the project's implementation in Cyprus.

2025: "Cyprus PrEP Point"

Played a leading role in establishing the “Cyprus PrEP Point”, the AIDS Solidarity Movement’s Community-let PrEP Centre and became a PrEP Consultant.

2025: Cyprus National PrEP Plan

Co-authored the “National PrEP Plan” for the Cyprus National HIV/AIDS Committee (2024), currently being implemented in phases, since Oct. 2025.

2024: AIDS Action Europe - Strategic Communications

Led the strategic communications and audiovisual productions for AIDS Action Europe’s 20-year celebration, as AAE’s Strategic Communications Consultant. The consultancy included designing a specialised digital microsite featuring extensive community interviews of 12 leading figures of AAE, and 12 community organisations podcasts (2024-2025).

2024: EMIS ΙΙΙ

Led the Cyprus implementation of EMIS (European Men who have Sex with Men Internet Survey) pan-European behavioural research.

2024: Establishment of "Multinspire.com"

Founded 'MULTiNSPIRE' Communications & Media Production Agency, operating as a brand name under 'Christos L.Krasidis LTD', the company that owns and manages 'Proud Cyprus'. This way, Proud Cyprus takes advantage of MULTiNSPIRE communications services as an in-house audiovisual content-creating production studio. 

2023: AIDS Solidarity Movement, Cyprus

Elected as Board of Directors chair of the AIDS Solidarity Movement, Cyprus, overseeing an organisational transition and operational structure, while directing its long-term public health strategies (2023). Revitalised the AIDS Solidarity Movement (2014-onwards), transforming it from a financially struggling NGO into a recognised public health and human rights leader.

2023: ECDC "Workgroup on MPOX"

Appointed as a community expert to the WHO Europe informal working group on MPOX, and co-authored the ECDC Special Report on HIV and Migrants.

2022-2025 "Mi Health" - Africa Advocacy Foundation

Successfully managed the "Mi-Health" program implementation by the AIDS Solidarity Movement in Cyprus (2023-2025), let by Africa Advocacy Foundation UK, funded by Gilead. Christos supervised the Project Manager of the second cycle (2024-2025), after having managed the project's first cycle (2022-2023). His role included community data collection, analysis, presentation and reporting.

2022-2025: "UNIC Medical School - Mobile Clinic" expansion

Expanded the impact of the University of Nicosia (UNIC) Medical School Mobile Clinic, scaling its free community medical expeditions across Cyprus from 4 up to 12 annually.

2022-2024: EATG "PROMise project"

Served as a training consultant and media producer for European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG) PROMise project, delivering a mini series of educational videos and physical training on Patients Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).

2022-2024: Community Testing Trainer

Designed and implemented the core training for new Community Health Workers of the “Cy Checkpoint”.

2022-2023: AIDS Action Europe - Steering Committee chair

Elected Chair of the AIDS Action Europe (AAE) Steering Committee, providing strategic leadership for a network of over 250 organizations through complex geopolitical challenges.

2021: ECDC STI Network Coordination Committee

Appointed as a community expert to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) STI Network Coordination Committee.

2020: Cyprus National Addictions Authority

Designed and implemented the Community Testing 4-day training for the Cyprus National Addictions Authority (on behalf of the AIDS Solidarity Movement), delivered to health professionals who work at harm reduction centres in Cyprus.

2019: "Chemsex survey" in Cyprus

Led the “Chemsex in Cyprus” survey, on behalf of AIDS Solidarity Movement and in collaboration with the Cyprus National Addictions Authority.

2018-2022: EATG "Step-Up Academy"

Served as a communications, training consultant and trainer for the European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG) Step-Up Academy (three cycles), building advocacy capacity for young activists.

2018: "PrEP in Cyprus" survey

Led the “PrEP in Cyprus” survey (Cyprus implementation of Flash! PrEP in Europe survey), on behalf of AIDS Solidarity Movement, in collaboration with Accept LGBTI Cyprus - funded by ILGA Europe.

2018-2025: Advocacy for official access to PrEP in Cyprus

Led the advocacy for official access to PrEP in Cyprus, for the AIDS Solidarity Movement, presenting strategic health proposals directly to the "Human Rights" committee of the Republic of Cyprus Parliament.

2018-2024: COBATEST Network  - Steering Committee

Appointed as a member of the preliminary Steering Committees (SC) of COBATEST Network (2018), representing AIDS Action Europe (AAE), in order to establish COBATEST as an in-depended network consisted of CBVCT Centres (Checkpoints) across the WHO European region, with specific Terms of References, Operations and Election processes. Remained in the SC until end of 2024, representing AIDS Action Europe (AAE).

2018-2023: AIDS Action Europe - Steering Committee

Elected to the Steering Committees of AIDS Action Europe (AAE) for two consecutive terms, enhancing governance and community engagement across cross-border European health networks.

2017-2025: "PopUp Testing" - AIDS Healthcare Foundation

Successfully managed four cycles of the AIDS Solidarity Movement "PopUp Testing" program (2017, 2019-2020, 2022-2023, 2024-2025), implementation in Cyprus and funded by AHF (AIDS Healthcare Foundation). As the Project Manager, Christos coordinated the project, and his role included community data collection, analysis, presentation and reporting.

2017: EMIS II

Led the Cyprus implementation of massive pan-European behavioural research initiatives, including the European Men who have Sex with Men Internet Survey (EMIS) and the ECHOES survey.

2016: Cyprus National HIV/AIDS Committee

Appointed as a member at the Republic of Cyprus Ministry of Health National HIV/AIDS Committee, representing the AIDS Solidarity Movement, advocating for equitable public health policies.

2015: Establishment of "Cy Checkpoint"

Played a leading role in establishing the “Cy Checkpoint”, the AIDS Solidarity Movement’s CBVCT Information, Prevention and Testing Centre for HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Infections and became a Community Health Worker (2015). Today, the Cy Checkpoint is the only Community-let CBVCT Centre in Cyprus and the community focus point for ECDC’s Dublin Declaration for Cyprus. 

2013: European Commission in Cyprus

Production, Communication and Dissemination of Social Media Campaign “If one of us has it, we all have it” against HIV Stigma (a personal initiative).

2011-2012: Cyprus Family Planning Association

Artistic Director of “Sexperience” (2011) and “Sexperience II” (2012), organised by the Cyprus Family Planning Association. Sexperience focused on the 40-years celebration of the CFPA, and Sexperience II focused on “Sexual Rights”.

2010-2013: Accept LGBTI Cyprus

Founding member of Accept LGBTI Cyprus, the first NGO ever registered officially in the Republic of Cyprus, exclusively focusing on LGBTI visibility (2010). Involved in the “Cyprus Pride” preparation process, organised by Accept LGBTI Cyprus (2013) and served as the Artistic Director of “Voices Against Homophobia” events and campaigns (2011).
